Is there such a thing as a success formula?

For a long time now, humankind has already been on the run to crack the code to success. You’ll find methods that promise a life-changing turnaround of events. You’ll find gurus that tell you streams of income and a stable life for your future.

They only claim one thing: they have already found the formula to success.

Therefore, everywhere you look, billions of people are laboring long hours for the hope of a better life and more money thinking that success is already within their reach.

But have we really found the formula to success? 
If yes, what makes up that formula?

 Passion

Passion is what keeps people motivated. It is the driving force of what’s next to come.

Passionate individuals know what’s happening around them and they feel empowered to make things better.

Many successful people possess a surreal amount of passion that is literally out of this world.

They have a burning desire in their innermost self and that is what makes them work towards their goal.

Look for the things that you are most interested in.

Name them all, and choose what brings happiness and excitement to you the most.

Purpose

Your purpose is your why; it is the meaning behind the changes you want to make.

Having a purpose in life leads you to the success you want.

Find your own reason in life.

What’s your personal why?

It's usually deep and more complicated than just "more money" or "looking good." 

Even though both of those things are desirable, a truly motivational and meaningful purpose is often so much deeper and more profound.

People

If you want to really achieve success, don’t be afraid to surround yourself with people that will help you.

Seek out people who can help you be your best self. 

It doesn't mean you should get rid of your unsupportive friends. 

While doing so may be helpful, it is not always feasible. 

Rather than competing for attention, seek to create a network that empowers yourself and lets you empower others.

What success formula that works for you might not work for others. But by applying this as a foundation, you’ll eventually find your own formula.
